Previous experience working as a data analyst using SQL & Python- Strong and experienced level of analytical skills in a commercial environment ideally within banking or other financial services.- You have a proven track record of data extraction and manipulation with SQL and building dashboards.- You are flexible to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a very dynamic environment and work well with stakeholders across the business.- You communicate effectively and are comfortable with translating technical detail into business and commercial language.- Personable and able to communicate at all levels within the business.- Understand our products and processes through the data we have or collect for product, finance, risk & ops teams- Help the product, finance, risk & ops teams team leverage your knowledge of the data to provide insight, analysis and reporting- Build dashboards and reports in Metabase for the product, finance, risk & ops teams- Originate, maintain and enhance product, finance, risk & ops teams data analytics ETL's- Continuously improve product, finance, risk & ops teams reporting and ease of access to financial and operational information- Work with the product, finance, risk & ops teams team to understand their data needs and deliver their data requests- Develop and maintain data standards, always managing the data libraries and dictionaries, documenting your findings and sharing them both within and outside the data team- Helping us implement a data-driven mindset in the company and within the product, finance, risk & ops teams- Examples of work include building out the reports when we launch a new product or partnership, acquisition of a portfolio and supporting BAU activities (ref:hirist.tech)
