Description:
Role Summary :Looking for a ServiceNow senior developer for implementing FSM module at Rivian, You will be working with the ServiceNow implementation team and the business team closely to implement a solution for existing FSM business processes by utilizing the OOTB platform functionality and innovative thinking for optimizing results. You will need to have 4-6 years of experience working with following.Experience required and responsibilities :- 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSM module- 6 years of overall experience in ServiceNow Platform- Expert level skills in JavaScript, XML, JSON- Nice to have some prior experience in Angular & CSS- Proficiency in ServiceNow FSM/CSM, and WSD configuration, customization, and integration- Ability to develop and re-engineer existing processes and build appropriate ServiceNow workflows.- Must have experience integrating Amazon Connect or similar tool as IVR solution and trying it to FSM module- Must have experience with Work Order Management and building functional workflows on ServiceNow.- Expertise in configuring and developing in UI builder.- Prior Experience in Now Agent ( Mobile App) configuration for FSM- Some experience with IT Asset Management- Expertise using Flow Designer & Integration Hub- Expertise with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scripts includes, UP Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Policies, etc- Work with Colleagues and Project/program managers to meet established target dates and completion of activities/deliverables under changing conditions.
