Position Title - Principal Engineer Experience - 8+ yearsLocation - Hyderabad, Pune, Indore, Gurugram , Ahmedabad.Notice Period - Immediate - 30 days Critical Skills - Java, Spring Boot Framework, Kafka, SQL.Educational Background - B.Tech / M.tech / MCA. Roles and Responsibilities:- Design and development of RESTful Web Services. - Hands- on database experience (Oracle / PostgreSQL / MySQL /SQL Server). - Hands- on experience with developing web applications leveraging Spring Framework. - Hands- on experience with developing microservices leveraging Spring Boot. - Knowledge of Application Server Tomcat. - Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins). - Strong believer and follower of agile methodologies with an emphasis on Quality & Standards based development.Job Duties: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code. - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications. - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. - Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. - Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of complex software systems. - Mentor junior engineers and drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability. - Engage in continuous learning and improvement to stay updated with modern technologies and frameworks. Desired Candidate Profile: - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and take initiative. - Experience in agile software development methodologies. - Proactive in learning and adapting to new technologies and frameworks.
