Description:
HR Application & Employee Experience (Knowledge of working on Oracle Fusion project will be an added advantage). Purpose :We are seeking an experienced project manager (7-12 yrs of exp) to be part of the Technology Team and contribute to the successful implementation of projects Group Functions. As a PM, you will work closely with Business stakeholders to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and work with OEM & Implementation partner to implement solutions that meet their specific needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Managerial Responsibilities :- Collaborate with Business teams to understand their business processes, requirements, and goal.- Assist in making a project plan, monitoring and execution of the project as per project plan.- Work closely with the Head of Projects - Group Functions CSB and OEM/ implementation partner in smooth execution of project.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with Vendors and cross-functional teams.Required Skills and Experience : 7-12 years of experience in project management and functional analysis, specifically with Oracle Fusion. - Proven track record of successful Oracle Fusion implementations. - Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering. - Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Desired Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or Oracle Fusion are preferred. - Experience in working with OEMs and implementation partners. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management and Oracle Fusion. (ref:hirist.tech)
