Salary - 12- 19 LPA - Lead the design and architecture of MongoDB databases to support our organization's applications and systems.- Develop and implement data models, collections, and documents to meet application requirements and business needs.- Provide the guidance to the database team, including mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices.- Define and enforce database standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency, reliability, and scalability.- Monitor database performance, availability, and security, and implement proactive measures to optimize performance and mitigate risks.- Troubleshoot database issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems in a timely manner.- Configure and tune MongoDB instances for scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery.- Develop and maintain database backup and recovery strategies to protect data integrity and minimize downtime.- Collaborate with application developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to integrate MongoDB databases with application code and infrastructure.- Stay updated on MongoDB best practices, new features, and industry trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
