Description:
We are seeking a talented Technical Delivery Manager to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Technology and Project and Client Management, with expertise in modern web technologies.Responsibilities : - Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; and recommending system improvements.- Provides leadership, organizational structure, and resource management for multiple Engineering teams.- Provide technical leadership and innovation across all aspects of technology development.- Provide support and mentoring to technical team leads, including talent and succession planning.- Lead and manage technical delivery resources.- Ensure project deliverables are accomplished on time and within budget.- Communicates technical and operational issues to engineering and audit leadership in a timely manner.- Ensure that all technology standards are adhered to while developing systems.- Work collaboratively with business partners to define and ensure the completeness and accuracy of system / technical requirements.- Communication between business, client, staff, and engineering teams.- Manages staff, teams, and matrix resources to meet service delivery SLAs.- Planning and management of projects supporting Enterprise areas.- Facilitating discussions and consensus among various stakeholders.- Maintenance and management of business relationships with clients and business partner organizations.- Corporate application availability and delivery meet or exceed negotiated SLAs and business/client objectives.- Positive trending for customer satisfaction results.- Delivery Management objectives in Onshore and Offshore Models for multiple clients across the globe- Gather and report detailed performance data against key indicators, to generate actionable improvements to the quality of service offered.Requirements :- Good technical experience in Web and open-source projects.- Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture.- Should be able to work with Architects and TLs and provide inputs and guidance on best practices and architecture.- Organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and work with minimal direction.- Ability to work on multiple projects and Initiatives in parallel.- Need to identify skills gap and necessary Training for Teams- Lead the projects from inception till production rollout and support as well.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work well independently and maintain focus in a highly dynamic work environment.- Experience in project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.- Strong cross-functional influence and leadership skills with experience in managing large cross-functional teams.- Strong domain expertise in enterprise applications and engineering technology stacks, (ref:hirist.tech)
