Mentor, train and grow our delivery teams to provide best in-class delivery to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading our development service teams, designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements and align with the organization's technology strategy. Key Duties and Responsibilities :- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals and requirements.- Understand and communicate end-to-end solutions that address complex business challenges.- Evaluate and recommend appropriate processes, tools and technologies for effective delivery of IT solutions- Lead and guide development teams in implementing the proposed solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards..- Identify and mitigate risks related to solution architecture and implementation.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful delivery of solutions on time and within budget.- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.- Recommend and implement new processes and tools to speed delivery and improve delivery quality- Develop, measure, and manage key metrics for group's performance Drive high throughput.Skills & Qualification :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.- 7-10+ years of technology industry experience, preferably in an IT service company- Strong enterprise architecture background (processes, data, methodologies, frameworks, security) - Experience across multiple application tech stacks (Frontend, backend, data and infrastructure). ReactJS/NodeJS/RoR and relational databases such as Postgres, MySQL and non-relational databases such as MongoDB and others are a plus.- Demonstrated ability to make well-informed decisions under pressure- Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Use of data and SMART concepts to monitor and measure delivery metrics. - Excellent communication skills - Agile project management skills- Understanding of how to be successfully manage teams from multiple locations and time zones- Experience growing and mentoring the next leaders in our company (ref:hirist.tech)
