Role details:- Title / Designation: Power Platform Developer- Location: PAN India- Work Mode: Work from Home- Work Timings: UK Timing (12 to 9 PM IST)Role & responsibilities:- Analytical minded with the ability to think critically and design effective solutions.- Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies and principles.- Ability to explain technical problems and solutions to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and gather requirements specific to banking operations.- Continuously improve and enhance existing solutions based on user feedback and evolving business needs.- Create detailed documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and process workflows.- Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs and challenges of the banking sector, particularly investment banking.- Implement robust data security measures to protect sensitive banking information.Candidate requirements:- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Power Platform with knowledge in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerShell.- Previous experience in an investment banking environment is highly desirable.- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.- Expertise in web technologies (Office 365, SharePoint), Microsoft tools (Logic Apps, Azure Functions), and databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Oracle).- Proficiency in Python and experience with repository tools like Gitlab and GitHub.- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project management and collaboration.- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Selection process:- Technical discussion- Technical discussion with their client- HR discussion.
