Description:

portsGameX is seeking a passionate Graphic & UI/UX Designer to join our data team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the organization.Key Responsibilities :- Design & Prototyping : Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability metrics. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.- User Research : Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately and efficiently.Graphic Design : Occasionally work on graphic design tasks, including creating marketing materials, social media graphics, and other visual content using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).- Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our designs are modern and competitive.Requirements :- Experience : 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).- Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design projects and process.- Understanding of Design Principles : Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.- Communication Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user perspective.- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications :- Education : Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent work experience.- Experience : Experience working in an agile development environment.- Graphic Design : Experience in graphic design and brandingNote :Timings : US Shift ( 6:30 pm - 3:30 am IST ).Full-time position : (Permanent Work from Home).Notice period : upto 15-30 days should apply (Immediate joiners preferred).
