Job Description :- Candidates with BTech , BE Computer Science, MCA having - Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, including 2 years of experience in Salesforce 360.Required Skills :- Proficient in Salesforce development languages including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura and LWC).- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs. Salesforce Developer Certification Platform Developer I is a must.- Salesforce Developer Certification Platform Developer II is preferred.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.- The Salesforce 360 Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions within the Salesforce 360 platform. This role will focus on enhancing and customizing Salesforce functionalities to support various business processes, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and optimizing the overall performance of the Salesforce environment.Job Roles & Responsibilities :1. Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce 360 platform. 2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.3. Implement Salesforce 360 features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.4. Proficient in Salesforce development languages including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura and LWC)5. Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builder, and other Salesforce components. 6. Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs and middleware.7. Perform data migration, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce environment. 8. Conduct unit testing and ensure quality assurance for all custom developments.9. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce environment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.10. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and proactively recommend enhancements.11. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration, and user guides. Preferred Skills :1. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. 2. Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Einstein Analytics, or other Salesforce add-ons.3. Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as MuleSoft, or similar.4. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.5. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.6. Knowledge of DevOps tools.
