Job Summary :We are seeking a talented Senior Java Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance and scalable applications.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with software architects and engineers to design and implement high-quality, efficient, and maintainable Java-based applications.- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.- Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment.- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply them to enhance our software products.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.Qualifications :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software- Engineering, or a related field.- Proven 3-5 years of experience in Core Java development.- Strong knowledge of Java SE, including multi-threading, collections, and design patterns.- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.- Proficiency in database technologies (MySQL, NoSQL).- Familiarity with web application development and related technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs).- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.- Experience in agile development methodologies is a plus.
