Job Title : Lead Engineer (.NET and React)Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer proficient in both .NET and React to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications. Your expertise in .NET and React will be crucial in guiding the team towards innovative solutions and ensuring the delivery of top-quality software products.Responsibilities :- Lead the development team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of web applications using .NET and React.- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet the project requirements and align with best practices.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.- Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and other areas of improvement.- Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in software development, and incorporate them into the development process when applicable.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, debug code, and ensure smooth integration of components.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes, tools, and methodologies.- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience (X years) in software development with expertise in .NET and React.- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies for backend development.- Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles, along with proficiency in popular React workflows (such as Redux).- Solid understanding of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MongoDB).- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Leadership qualities with the ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.- Experience working in Agile development environments.Preferred qualifications :- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.- Previous experience in a lead or senior engineering role.- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
