Exp required : 5+yrs in total and relevant 5yrs in mulesoftLocation : Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Bengaluru, Jaipur, GurugramWork Mode : HybridRole Overview: As a MuleSoft Developer, you will play a pivotal role in defining, analyzing, validating, documenting, and maintaining business requirements and process flows for large-scale, complex, and system-risk multi-application projects. You will work closely with customers and other divisions, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing non-functional requirements, validating proposed technical solutions, coordinating discussions, facilitating solution design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.Key Responsibilities :Requirements Management : - Plan, define, analyze, and document business requirements and process flows for large-scale projects.- Ensure alignment of non-functional requirements with customer expectations and company standards.- Translate business requirements into technical requirement documents.Solution Validation :- Validate proposed technical solutions in alignment with current and future business environments.- Reconcile business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring alignment and feasibility.Collaboration and Facilitation :- Act as a coordinator, facilitating discussions among stakeholders to clarify and reach agreement on business requirements and solutions.- Collaborate closely with architecture, development, and quality assurance teams in an agile environment.- Participate in "3 amigos" meetings to co-create solutions and ensure alignment across teams.User Engagement and Testing :- Facilitate demonstrations to end-users, ensuring understanding and alignment with solution designs.- Organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed, ensuring thorough testing and validation.Continuous Improvement :- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness in an evolving, Agile environment.- Participate actively in squad activities and Agile ceremonies, fostering a culture of collaboration and improvement.Requirements :Experience and Expertise :- Minimum 7 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in MuleSoft development.- Extensive experience in integration analysis, preferably in big ERP projects such as SAP.- Proven experience in translating business requirements into technical requirement documents.- Demonstrated experience in multiple integration projects, including mapping and migration.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in all aspects of MuleSoft technology, covering the entire spectrum of work packages, with 70% of time allocated to building and testing.Skills and Qualifications :- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams across different countries and time zones.
