Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Communicate and present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form- Lead the design and implementation of Digital Workplace services Intune and autopilot, taking ownership of the entire process.- Work with third-party vendors (Microsoft) to ensure we are using best business practices- Create support documentation including design, build and operation guidesRequired Skills :- Solid experience with end-point management solutions such as SCCM, MDM (PC and Mobile), CMG, Company portal, Windows Update for business and Intune.- Windows Infrastructure : Windows Server internals, PowerShell, Active Directory, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), Windows Deployment Services (WDS), DNS and DHCP- Technical Documentation : Hands on experience in authoring Intune Infrastructure architecture & network topology diagrams.Preferred Skills :- Experience with autopilot deployment - Experienced with Conditional access deployment and GPO migration to Intune.- Experience with Zscaler integration for Autopilot (ref:hirist.tech)
