Description:

Job Description : Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required. Additional ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), are preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer, with a focus on CMDB configuration, customization, and integration.- Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript for ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI customization, and workflow automation.- Strong understanding of CMDB concepts, ITIL principles, and best practices for configuration management, change management, and service asset and configuration management (SACM).- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management modules for automated data population and dependency mapping.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex CMDB issues and recommend effective solutions.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.Preferred Skills :- Experience with CMDB federation and integration with external data sources, third-party systems, and cloud platforms using REST APIs, web services, and middleware.- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, technologies, and standards, including networks, servers, databases, cloud services, and virtualization.- Familiarity with data center operations, configuration management tools, and IT asset management (ITAM) practices.- Understanding of IT security principles and practices, particularly related to CMDB access control, data encryption, and compliance requirements.- Project management skills and experience leading CMDB implementation projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
