Job Summary : The ServiceNow Risk Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing our risk management processes using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in risk management and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) module.Key Responsibilities :- Design, implement, and manage risk management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.- Develop and maintain risk assessment methodologies, tools, and processes.- Conduct risk assessments and identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks across the organization.- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor the effectiveness of these strategies.- Configure and customize the ServiceNow GRC module to meet the organization's risk management needs.- Provide training and support to users on the ServiceNow risk management processes and tools.- Generate and analyze risk reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.- Continuously improve risk management practices and stay updated with industry best practices.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.- Over 5 years of experience in risk management, with a strong focus on using the ServiceNow platform.- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow GRC module and other relevant ServiceNow modules.- Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- ServiceNow certification is a plus.Preferred Skills:- Experience with other risk management tools and technologies.- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management.- Project management experience.- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
