Description:

Role Mandate :Technical Writer will have the opportunity to work with teams of product and marketing team to create end user and internal documentation. The writer will also be responsible for release notes and for knowledge base articles for a variety of audiences. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organised, can work independently in a fast-paced environment, and can produce multiple deliverables with frequent deadlines. Candidates should have the flexibility to learn new products and technologies . Content includes user guides, help files, knowledgebase articles, reference documents, client communications, and other deliverables that are designed to train end users to use our products and resolve issues as they arise. Content must be clear, accessible and accurate.Responsibilities:- Document new products, platforms, and features- Maintain documentation for previous product versions- Write release notes and support documentation.- Gather information from team meetings, product specifications, interviews with subject-matter experts, and direct interaction with systems- Manage multiple projects for platform and users manual.- Gather and address feedback from multiple sources- Work independently and rapidly to meet tight deadlines- Coordinate efforts with the education team to manage shared content repository- Work with engineering and marketing staff to develop, write, and edit technical papers.Qualification :- Bachelor's degree in communications, English, technical writing or a related field.- 2-8 years of relevant experience in a software development company or related industry.- Expertise in structured authoring, DITA and related technologiesAre you passionate about making users successful?
