Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM specialist with extensive experience in organizational management (OM), personnel administration (PA), time management, and payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system integration with EY and SuccessFactors (SF), excellent documentation skills, and a track record of aligning solutions with SAP best practices.Key Responsibilities :- Support and manage SAP HCM modules (OM, PA, time management, and payroll).- Lead integration efforts with EY, SuccessFactors (SF), and SAP FI.- Collaborate with IT and HR for seamless process integration.- Provide SAP best practice solutions for business needs.- Design, document, and test SAP HCM solutions.- Develop comprehensive solution documentation.- Create and execute detailed test plans.- Train and support end-users.- Address user queries and develop training materials.Experience :- Proven experience in SAP HCM with a focus on OM, PA, time management, and payroll.- Demonstrated experience in managing a large user base (15,000+ users).- Experience with integration projects involving EY and SuccessFactors (SF).- Strong background in integrating SAP HCM with SAP FI.- Excellent documentation and testing skills.Skills :- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules and best practices.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
