Description:
The Role:We are looking for a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our growing team! As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in the entire product development lifecycle, from user research to creating high-fidelity designs. You will be responsible for translating user needs into intuitive and user-friendly experiences for our B2C products.Key Responsibilities :User-Centered Design:- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.- Translate user insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.- Ensure that all design decisions are driven by a deep understanding of user behavior and preferences.Collaborative Problem Solving :- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design objectives and requirements.- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions and provide design recommendations aligned with project goals.Prototyping and Testing :- Develop interactive prototypes using design tools to validate design concepts and usability.- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and improve designs.Design Systems :- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and UI component libraries to ensure design consistency across products.Stay Informed :- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.Qualifications :- 1-4 years of experience in product design, with a focus on B2C products.- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch) or similar.- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process.- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, agile team environment.- Kindly note only candidates from premium institutes will be considered for this role.
