What Are We Looking To Do : We are actively working on expanding our product portfolio by developing new offerings that can be built on top of the Client DB. We are currently engaged in developing products in the exciting realms of Generative AI and Deep Data Science. Who Are We Looking For :- Tech Lead / Senior Tech Lead with 7-10 years of experience- Proficiently designs and architects systems with a focus on modularity and best practices.- Demonstrates skills in scaling applications using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and micro services.- Preferred experience with any back-end language.- Proficiency in Python is a plus.- Experience on large scale distributed systems, particularly in full-stack development environment.- Adopts a hands-on approach to code implementation.- Engages in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including the use of tools like Jira, conducting code reviews, and managing releases.- Experience in building a product from the ground up.- Is enthusiastic about exploring and contributing to the startup environment, with a deep understanding of the hands-on approach required.- Possesses a passion for innovation and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends.What Does The Role Entail :- Be part of the Client, team- Provide mentorship and guidance to the team, requiring effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.- Developing new products using Generative AI and Deep Data Science techniques.- Working with complex financial and business data.- Collaboration with cross-functional teams.Exp 7 to 10 years.
