Role : Technical Project ManagerJob Description :We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and drive the successful execution of our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the overall project plan, forming cross-functional teams, and overseeing project initiation activities. Your expertise in software development and agile methodologies will be crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of projects.Key Responsibilities :Project Planning and Initiation :- Define comprehensive project plans, from charter preparation to authorization to proceed.Financial Management :- Oversee financial aspects of projects to ensure efficient resource allocation and budget adherence.Agile Project Execution :- Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and coach them to higher levels of maturity.- Remove impediments or guide the team in doing so.Technical Capabilities :- Demonstrate a strong understanding and hands-on proficiency in backend technologies, such as Java, Python, Node.js or React.js- Showcase the ability to design, develop, and maintain backend systems while adhering to coding standards and best practices.- Possess experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, demonstrating the capability to architect, deploy, and maintain scalable and reliable applications.- Ensure the enforcement of sound development practices mandated by respective platforms for the delivery of high-quality solutions.Team Collaboration and Leadership :- Build a trusting and safe environment, fostering open communication and creative problem-solving.- Coordinate with onsite teams, including Business, Platform, and Practice teams.- Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.Communication and Transparency :- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.Product Owner Support :- Support and educate the Product Owner, especially in grooming and maintaining the product backlog.Leadership and Mentoring :- Lead and mentor development teams to enhance performance and foster continuous improvement.Qualifications :- Minimum 7+ years experience required.- Proven experience in technical project management.- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices.- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.- Technical proficiency in Node, Python and Java.- Good to have experience in Frontend Technologies like React, Angular and React Native- Cloud experience with Aws and GCP.Top Perks and Benefits :As a Binmillier, youll enjoy :- Opportunity to work with the Leadership team- Health Insurance- Flexible working structure- Binmile is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
