Job Description : What Youll Do :About the Team - We are developing a new product to support E-Invoicing requirements of our customer across the globe. - Our E-Invoicing application will help cusotmers to be compliant with Government's mandatory compliance requirements. - This will give a great exposure to well known EPRs, third party systems and use top notch technologies to build integrations. - We have a high performing team and contributing to Companies top most initiative. - Team members are getting an opportunity to learn something new in every week. About the Role As an engineering manager your role will be pivotal. - You'll be at the forefront of building the eInvoicing & DES platform. - Your creativity and leadership skills will be the driving force behind an integration revolution. - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled engineers, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and development methodologies. - Strategize and drive the development efforts for designing frameworks and features that are instrumental in building the next generation integration platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with overall product and business goals. - Achieve hiring and retention targets of the team. - Defining product roadmap and strategy for features delivery. - Review program OKRs for success and align with the team goals. - Maintain high productivity, morale, engagement, and growth culture in the team. - Promote best practices and contributing to community presence. - Ensure team is following agile and other set processes. - Participate in design discussions and contribute to deliver high quality and scalable products/features/frameworks. - Collaborate effectively with team members and expert groups on code reviews and test plans with an eye towards automation. - Taking necessary corrective measures to address problems and anticipating problem areas in new designs and work. - Focusing on optimization, performance, security, observability, scalability, and telemetry. - Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth. - Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release support.What You'll Need to be Successful :- Bachelor/masters degree in computer science or equivalent. - 12+ years of full stack experience in a software development role, shipping complex applications to large scale production environments. - Expert in C# or Java programming language. - Experience of working on AWS Cloud and DevOps (Terraform, Docker, ECS, etc.) would be beneficial. - Should be self-motivated with focus on automating everything. - Minimum 2 years of managerial experience with strong people management skills. - Proven experience of developing the skills and career of team members. - Inspirational leader who understands the needs of customer and business to translate them into vision of the team. - Experience of working in matrix organisations. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns to solve complex problems with simple intuitive design. - Passion to see your product be the best in the business. - CSM, PMP or similar certifications. - Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns.- ONLY ENGINEERING GRADUATES ( COMPUTER SCIENCE AND RELATED FIELDS O NLY )- Candidates should be from product firms only ( No services firms )- Candidates from top tier institutes ( IIT / REC NIT ) & BITS (ref:hirist.tech)
