Job Description :Key Responsibilities :Lead Design Projects : - Manage and execute the design process from concept to final product for new features and improvements on the VMock platform.User Research : - Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.Concept Development : - Translate product requirements and user research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.Wireframing and Prototyping : - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.Visual Design : - Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and ensure the highest quality of visual design across all products.Cross-functional Collaboration : - Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.Design Systems : - Build and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.Data-Driven Design : - Use data and analytics to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.Advocacy : - Advocate for user-centered design and product thinking within the organization.Mentorship : - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.Design QA : - Communicate with engineering teams as designs are implemented to ensure products meet the usability standards. Analyze, resolve and track defects to closureSkills & Qualifications :- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.- Responsive Web-designing: Experience in designing for mobile and web applications.- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Preferred Qualifications :Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.- Experience working in a startup or tech environment.- Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.About the Company :VMock aims to empower students and professionals along the various phases of their career journey leveraging the power of artificial intelligence.
