We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in one of our multiple locations: Noida, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, or Pune. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, with expertise in either HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules. The primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.Key Responsibilities :ServiceNow Development :- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.- Develop custom applications, modules, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.Module Expertise :- Specialize in either HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules and provide expertise in module-specific configurations and customizations.Requirements Analysis :- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Technical Documentation :- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.Testing and Deployment :- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow solutions.- Manage deployments and releases of ServiceNow applications and updates.Troubleshooting and Support :- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations.- Resolve incidents and issues in a timely and efficient manner.Best Practices and Standards :- Follow best practices and standards for ServiceNow development and configuration.- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices.Key Skills and Qualifications :Experience :- Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development.- Experience with either HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules is mandatory.Technical Skills :- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, components, and modules.- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development best practices.- Experience with ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.Module Expertise :- Expertise in either HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules, with deep knowledge of module-specific functionalities and configurations.Communication Skills :- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Problem-Solving Abilities :- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
