Your expertise in various other observability tools, coupled with a strong understanding of DevOps. Candidate will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, assess their existing infrastructure, and design and implement observability solutions that provide actionable insights into system performance, reliability, and security.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :- Troubleshoot observability tools or the infrastructure and applications and integrations to recover the missing data from various infrastructure and applications requiring monitoring.- SME in enterprise monitoring like APM, synthetic monitoring, browser monitoring, Infrastructure monitoring and Log monitoring.- Requirement gathering, rollout monitoring and providing optimized full stack observability solutions with thorough analysis of the requirements. Partner with the business and development teams to identify requirements, define monitoring solutions, and implement the same.- Ability to handle multiple projects and able to create a scope of work to the client's requirements and understanding the architecture and presenting the solution in the architectural format.- Providing health and performance reports, developing AIOps rules, alerts, custom dashboards, Service Levels.- Integrating New Relic with other tools such as Service-Cafe, PagerDuty, Slack, webhooks, and JIRA.- Work with different ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, etc. to provide optimized assistance to the alert's destination solutions.- Assisting application support teams in developing and deploying an effective monitoring profile for their key applications and services using various monitoring techniques- Adapting and carrying out proof-of-concept on required tools and requirements.JOB SKILLS REQUIRED :- 3+ years of working experience in query language of the observability tool.- Strong hold on different concepts of observability and monitoring such as workloads, Alert setup, muting rules, sources, decisions, anomaly-based alerts, workflows, Browser monitoring, Mobile monitoring, dashboarding, NRQLs, Service Levels, etc.- Working Knowledge of Python, and SQL/NoSQL Database- Good knowledge of utilizing AWS services and Azure services.- Strong knowledge in planning, designing, and maintaining applications utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Linux and terraform.- Expert organizational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task and quickly contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- IT certification (ITIL) or equivalent is preferable.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
