Description:
Responsibilities :- Lead and participate in SAP WM implementation projects from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.- Analyse clients' business processes and requirements to design and configure SAP WM solutions that optimize warehouse operations.- Configure SAP WM functionalities including warehouse structure, master data, storage types, storage bins, goods movements, picking strategies, and warehouse tasks.- Customize SAP WM functionalities as needed to meet specific client requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP MM, SD, PP, and FI/CO consultants to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of SAP WM solutions.- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP WM systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed.- Stay up to date with the latest SAP WM trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.- Minimum 3 to 14 years of experience working as an SAP WM Consultant, with hands-on experience in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementations.- In-depth knowledge of SAP WM functionalities including warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processes, stock transfers, inventory management, and RF scanning.- Strong understanding of integration points between SAP WM and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.- Proficiency in SAP WM configuration, customization, and testing.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.- SAP WM certification is preferred but not required.
