The ideal candidate will have 4 to 12 years of experience in configuring and customizing SAP BPC models and reports, with proven expertise in implementing SAP BPC solutions. This role requires technical proficiency in SAP BPC configuration and customization, as well as a solid understanding of financial consolidation and reporting standards.Key Responsibilities :SAP BPC Configuration and Customization :- Configure and customize SAP BPC models and reports to meet specific business requirements.- Develop and implement enhancements and changes to the SAP BPC system.Financial Planning and Budgeting :- Lead and manage financial planning and budgeting processes within SAP BPC.- Ensure accurate and efficient budgeting processes to support organizational goals.Consolidation and Reporting :- Oversee financial consolidation processes within SAP BPC.- Develop and generate financial reports to support decision-making and analysis.Technical Expertise :- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP BPC configuration and customization.- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP BPC configurations and customizations.Financial Consolidation Standards :- Ensure compliance with financial consolidation and reporting standards.- Stay updated with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Data Modeling and Management :- Understand and manage SAP BPC data models.- Ensure data integrity and consistency within the SAP BPC system.Business Process Analysis :- Analyze business processes and requirements to ensure SAP BPC solutions align with organizational goals.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Support and Maintenance :- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP BPC solutions.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP BPC functionalities and configurations.Project Management :- Manage SAP BPC implementation and enhancement projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.User Training and Support :- Develop training materials and provide training sessions to end-users on SAP BPC functionalities and processes.- Offer ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing their queries and issues.Continuous Improvement :- Stay updated with the latest SAP BPC technologies and best practices.- Proactively suggest improvements to existing processes and technologies.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.- 4-12 years of professional experience in SAP BPC configuration and customization.- Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes.- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting standards.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Preferred Qualifications :- SAP BPC certification.- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development.- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
