Description:

We are looking for a talented Android Developer Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android development, particularly in automotive or embedded development, and be capable of leading a team to deliver high-quality mobile applications.Key Responsibilities :Technical Leadership :- Lead a team of Android developers in designing and implementing high-quality mobile applications.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.Android Development :- Design and develop advanced Android applications using Java and Android SDK.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.HAL Integration :- Work with Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) to interface with hardware components in automotive or embedded systems.Code Review and Quality Assurance :- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.- Perform testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues in the codebase.Documentation :- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed features and functionality.- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members.Continuous Improvement :- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Android development.- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.Key Skills and Qualifications :Experience :- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Android development.- Experience in automotive or embedded development is highly desirable.Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in Java programming language.- Strong understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and Android app lifecycle.- Experience with Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) integration is a plus.Leadership Skills :- Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Ability to mentor and motivate team members to achieve project goals.Problem-Solving Abilities :- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
