The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in both the implementation and support of SAP ACM solutions, with a strong understanding of agriculture contract management processes. The SAP ACM Consultant will be responsible for leading SAP ACM projects, configuring and customizing the system, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal use of SAP ACM functionalities.Key Responsibilities :SAP ACM Implementation :- Lead the implementation of SAP ACM solutions, including project planning, system configuration, testing, and deployment.- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.- Ensure successful delivery of SAP ACM projects on time and within budget.SAP ACM Support :- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP ACM solutions.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP ACM functionalities.- Optimize system performance and ensure efficient operation of SAP ACM.Business Process Analysis :- Analyze agriculture contract management processes and identify areas for improvement.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business requirements.- Develop solutions to enhance and streamline agriculture contract management processes.SAP Configuration and Customization :- Configure and customize SAP ACM to meet specific business requirements.- Implement changes and enhancements to the SAP ACM system as needed.Project Management :- Manage SAP ACM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.SAP Integration :- Ensure seamless integration of SAP ACM with other SAP modules and external systems.- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement integration solutions.Data Migration and Management :- Oversee data migration activities for SAP ACM projects.- Ensure data accuracy and integrity during migration processes.- Manage master data within SAP ACM, including contract and vendor information.User Training and Support :- Develop training materials and provide training sessions to end-users on SAP ACM functionalities.- Offer ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing their queries and issues.Continuous Improvement :- Stay updated with the latest SAP ACM technologies and best practices.- Proactively suggest improvements to existing processes and technologies.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.- 4-9 years of professional experience in SAP ACM implementation and support.- Strong knowledge of agriculture contract management processes.- Proficiency in SAP ACM configuration and customization.- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.- Solid understanding of SAP integration points with other modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI).- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
