Key Skills : SAP C4C, SAP CX, SAP S/4HANA Integration, Middleware Tools, SAP C4C Configuration and Customization, SAP C4C Data Models, Business ProcessesJob Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled SAP C4C Consultant with a strong background in SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 14 years of experience in configuring and customizing SAP C4C modules, with proven expertise in integrating SAP C4C with other systems such as SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications. This role requires technical proficiency in SAP C4C configuration and customization, as well as a solid understanding of middleware tools and SAP C4C data models and business processes.Key Responsibilities :SAP C4C Configuration and Customization :- Configure and customize SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) modules to meet specific business requirements.- Develop and implement enhancements and changes to the SAP C4C system.- Integration with SAP S/4HANA and Other Systems:- Lead and manage the integration of SAP C4C with SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications.- Utilize middleware tools, such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration, to facilitate seamless data exchange and process integration.Technical Expertise :- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP C4C configuration and customization.- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP C4C configurations and customizations.Business Process Analysis :- Analyze business processes and requirements to ensure SAP C4C solutions align with organizational goals.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Data Modeling and Management :- Understand and manage SAP C4C data models.- Ensure data integrity and consistency within the SAP C4C system.Middleware Tools :- Utilize middleware tools (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform Integration) for effective system integration.- Develop and maintain integration interfaces between SAP C4C and other systems.Support and Maintenance :- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP C4C solutions.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP C4C functionalities and integrations.Project Management :- Manage SAP C4C implementation and enhancement projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.User Training and Support :- Develop training materials and provide training sessions to end-users on SAP C4C functionalities and processes.- Offer ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing their queries and issues.Continuous Improvement :- Stay updated with the latest SAP C4C and CX technologies and best practices.- Proactively suggest improvements to existing processes and technologies.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.- 3-14 years of professional experience in SAP C4C configuration and customization.- Proven track record in integrating SAP C4C with SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications.- Strong knowledge of middleware tools, such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration.- Solid understanding of SAP C4C data models and business processes.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Preferred Qualifications :- SAP C4C certification.- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development.- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
