Job Summary :We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain our data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, a passion for working with large datasets, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights. As a Data Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, availability, and security.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest, process, and transform large volumes of data from various sources.- Develop and optimize data models and database structures to support efficient data storage and retrieval.- Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure data accuracy and consistency.- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver reliable data solutions.- Integrate data from multiple sources, including APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.- Develop and maintain documentation related to data pipelines, data models, and ETL processes.- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and performance bottlenecks.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).- Strong programming skills in Python.- Hands-on experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing.- Experience with AWS cloud platform and its data services (e.g., S3, Redshift, EMR, RDS).- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake).- Experience with ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend, Informatica).- Knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance principles.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and tools.- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Benefits :- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.- Flexible working hours and remote work options.- Professional development opportunities and training programs.- Friendly and collaborative work environment.
