Job Description :Requirements :- Researching and resolving technical issues- Filing reports regarding technical problems- Walking stakeholders (L1 support team primarily) through solutions- Collaborate with other engineering teams, Product Management and Account Management teams effectivelyEducation & Experience Requirements :- Overall 2+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferably in Computer Science or Information Science)- Must be self-driven with excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate solutions or an action plan to stakeholders - Strong database querying skills (MySQL in particular)- Strong conceptual knowledge in core java and should be strong in debugging and deploying Java based applications.- Experience in Agile (Kanban) project methodologies.
