Requirements :- 10+ years of experience in the IT industry - Time and Attendance Domain and HRMS Domain.- Workforce Software Certified Consultant (Mandatory)- PT102 - Time and Attendance - Configuration Essentials by Workforce Software.- PT103 - Time and Attendance - Interface Essentials by Workforce Software.- Excellent troubleshooting skills on technical issues of T and A and HRMS applications.- Experience with SQL (Oracle, DB2 MS-SQL), T-SQL(MS-SQL), and PL-SQL(Oracle).- Having a strong emphasis on business requirements analysis and writing design documents.-Experience in developing database design and architecture through SQL.- Should be an expert in using Workforce Formula Language.- Good knowledge of Time management and HCM processes.- Good understanding of the Workforce system flow.- Should be able to analyze and understand the requirements of time management at a global level.- Ability to understand the inflow and outflow of Workforce software.- Should know the concepts of HR import and Payroll export.- Good communication skills both Verbal and written.- Should have sound knowledge of Workforce debugging.- Knowledge of SQL query.
