Full Stack Developer - [url removed] (2-3 yrs) Bangalore (Backend Developer)

Description:
About the Role :Work Responsibilities :- Leading the efforts on building discovery layers of the product. This involves, but is not limited to developing React/Next based web pages which are responsive & rendered inside our app and writing the relevant APIs for the same.- Writing clean & scalable backend code (typescript) for various use cases including but not limited to communication with the unity layer of the app, new features like profile & content discovery, hosting digital events etc- Working with MERN stack with Express replaced with NestJs for more structural code.- Full ownership of code & infrastructure layers like AWS S3, EC2, ALB & Docker.- Working closely with UI designers & product team to understand use cases & build a development roadmap.- Working closely with a small-hybrid team of artists, engineers, product managers and user experience designers; in a very fast paced environment.- Optimizing existing code & improving user experiences via tech.- Doing code and design reviews.- Ideally you are someone who takes full ownership and accountability of things you build (from conception, speccing and design through testing and deployment and post release enhancements)Must Have Skills :- 2+ years of front-end development experience using ReactJs & other related front end frameworks, preferably with user facing product companies.- 2+ years of back-end development experience using TypeScript & Nodejs.- Experience working with NoSQL databases like MongoDb, Key-Value stores and container systems like docker- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure & its offerings like EC2, S3 & Cloudfront.- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.- Proficiency in code designs, OOP concepts and writing maintainable, reusable & performant code.- Understanding of API development and relevant middlewares.Preferred Skills :Candidates with following additional experiences will be preferred over others :- Any experience with integrating or fine tuning AI/ LLM models is a huge plus.- Working experience on high scale distributed systems would be a huge plus.- A stint in startups or similar fast paced environments would be preferred- Experience in leading a small team to execute complex projects would be a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
