Job Description: Marketing Sales Executive (Building Material) Position: Marketing Sales Executive Industry: Building Material (Bangar Cement) Experience: 2 to 3 years Gender: Male Candidates Only Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month Location: Bhanpuri, Raipur, Chhattisgarh (CG) Key Responsibilities: Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Promote and sell building materials (Bangar Cement) to prospective clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry. Maintain and expand the customer base through effective relationship management. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Promotional Activities: Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns to attract potential clients. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the building material industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of the local market and customer base in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Additional Requirements: Must be a male candidate due to the job nature. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
