Senior React.js Developer Salary : 10 -16 LPA (MAX Depends on Skill sets ) Exp Range: 3 - 8 yrs Location: Coimbatore, India Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of high-impact features using React.js. Architect scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Ensure the highest standards of code quality, performance, and security. Identify and address technical issues proactively. Innovate and implement best practices in React.js development. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes. Drive continuous improvement in development processes. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js). Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and security best practices. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. A knack for benchmarking and optimization. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial. Ability to work effectively in Agile environments and with cross-functional teams. A degree in software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
