Job Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 4-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Angular with Python or React with Node.js. The candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for creating efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications. This role is critical to our product development efforts, ensuring that we deliver high-quality, robust, and innovative products to our customers.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain web applications using Angular with Python or React with Node.js.- Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure software solutions for our products.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features.- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Identify and correct bottlenecks, optimize performance, and fix bugs.- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and effective.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.- Participate in the entire product lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/ IT, with 4-5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.- Proficient in Angular with Python or React with Node.js.- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, etc.- Experience with version control systems like Git.- Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.- Strong understanding of security best practices and secure coding principles.- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Soft Skills :- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications :- Knowledge of Docker and containerization.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.- Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.- Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.
