Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs2. Develop and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications3. Integrate motion graphics into the product design to enhance user experience4. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions5. Ensure design consistency and coherence across all digital platforms6. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologiesJob Requirements (Skills and Experience):1. Minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in product design2. Demonstrable experience in motion graphics3. Recent transition or active involvement in UI/UX design4. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript5. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or similar6. Collaborated with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs7. Develop and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications8. Strong portfolio showcasing work in UI/UX design and motion graphics9. Experience with creating and implementing design systems10. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles11. Ability to translate complex user needs and business objectives into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces12. Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles13. Proven ability to create engaging motion graphics that enhance the user experience14. Experience with tools such as After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar15. Experience conducting user research and usability testing16. Ability to analyze user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions17. Strong communication and collaboration skills18. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment19. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail20. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for design and innovation21. Experience working in a B2B SaaS product company (preferred)22. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred)23.
