Job Title : Oracle HCM Solution Architect. Experience Required: 8-20 Years. Joining Period: Immediate (Max 30 days). Location-Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata. Job Description:. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM, with expertise in CORE HR, Talent Management, and Oracle Cloud Learning. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions that meet our business needs and align with our company's goals.Responsibilities :- Design and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, focusing on CORE HR, Talent Management, and Oracle Cloud Learning modules.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Provide guidance and expertise on the Oracle Fusion HCM platform, including best practices for configuration and customization.- Lead the design and development of HCM reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE).- Conduct regular system audits to ensure the performance of the system.- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective use of the HCM system.- Stay updated with the latest Oracle updates and features and ensure they are implemented as per business needs.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.- Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect or similar role.- Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including CORE HR, Talent Management, and Oracle Cloud Learning.- Strong understanding of HCM business processes.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Oracle Fusion HCM certification is a plus.Location : Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata.
