Job Title: Python Odoo DeveloperJob Description:We are seeking a skilled Python Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and customizing Odoo modules to meet diverse business requirements, integrating Odoo with third-party applications, and maintaining existing modules. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Responsibilities:- Develop and Customize Odoo Modules: Create and tailor Odoo modules to align with specific business needs.- Integrate Odoo with Third-Party Applications: Implement and ensure seamless integration of Odoo with various external applications.- Maintain Existing Odoo Modules: Regularly update and customize current Odoo modules to improve functionality and performance.- Report Creation and Customization: Design and modify reports to provide accurate and relevant business insights.- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify and fix problems related to Odoo modules and integrations to ensure smooth operation.- Server Setup and Maintenance: Configure, maintain, and monitor Odoo servers to ensure optimal performance and security.- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of new functionalities and modifications to existing modules, ensuring they meet application support standards.Requirements:- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of the Python programming language and experience with Odoo version 17.- Odoo Customization: Proven experience in customizing Odoo modules and creating new UI widgets within the Odoo JS framework.- Odoo Architecture: Deep understanding of the Odoo architecture and framework.- Version Control Systems: Proficiency in using version control systems, particularly Git.- Programming Skills: Expertise in Python, JavaScript, XML, and SQL.- Development Tools: Familiarity with IDEs such as VSCode and PyCharm.- Object-Oriented Design: Solid understanding of object-oriented design and programming principles.- User Interface Design: Experience in designing and modifying user interfaces, including views, widgets, menus, and controllers.- API Integration: Competence in working with REST and SOAP APIs for integration with Odoo applications.Preferred Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Proactive approach to learning new technologies and methodologies.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and why they would be a great fit for this role.
