Engineering Manager (Senior)Job Description:We are looking for a 10+ experience Engineering Lead who can Design, Implement and Maintain Robust, Highly Scalable Enterprise Grade Application across Web, Mobile and App development (Android & iOS)Responsibilities:- Must Have : Responsible to design, solutionize and architect a highly available system.- Must Have :Responsible for planning, coding and integration of Web and Backend/API development.- Good to Have :Deep understanding of Analytics and how digital products function.- Must Have: Evaluate and define the system architecture for the best possible approach to developing a system that is fast, light and accurate.- Must have: Work with External parties, Business Analysts, Product team members, Analytics on understanding the requirements, define key deliverables and the final implementation of the product.- Must have: Excellent understanding of both frontend and backend methodologies, languages to oversee the entire project development- Must have: Able to analyze and resolve complex software problems and provide quick solutions- Must have : Bug fixing and improving application performance.- Must have: Strong sense of teamwork, ownership, and accountability.- Good to have: Ability to improve the page performance and understand SEO metrics.Technical Skills:- Must have: Hands on experience on projects with the ability to code and build out functionality as needed- Must have : Strong in both frontend and server scripting Languages HTML, CSS, JavaScript ,React, MongoDB, MySQL, Python, Node.JS or other Javascript frameworks- Good to have: Familiar with various technologies like Redis, Kafka- Must have: Well experienced with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, MongoDB server profiling tools- Must have : Experience working NOSQL and SQL Databases.- Git is Must : Knowledge of GIT, Project Management Tools, and any Bug Tracking Tool etc.- Must have: Passionate about solving problems, quality and learning new technologies.- Must have: Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.- Must have: Ability to work with various business stake holders.- Must have: Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms is required.- Must have: Broad knowledge on various technologies is a must - especially the MERN stack and AWS cloud- Must Have: Knowledge of working on cloud technologies is added advantage.- Ability to work in fast paced environment.Other Skills:- Good collaboration and communication skills.- Strong sense of teamwork, ownership, and accountability.- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.- To carry out design and source code reviews to ensure conformance to set application standards.- Ready to learn new things and should be adaptable in nature.- Work with cross functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.Qualification:- BE / B.
