Deployment Management :- Oversee and manage software deployment strategies using SCCM, ensuring efficient and reliable distribution.- Lead the planning and execution of SCCM deployments for applications, updates, and operating systems. Troubleshooting And Issue Resolution :- Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex SCCM-related issues, ensuring quick and effective problem resolution.- Collaborate with IT teams to address challenges and enhance the stability of the SCCM environment. Documentation And Knowledge Transfer :- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SCCM configurations, procedures, and best practices.- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to IT staff, ensuring a proficient understanding of SCCM usage and troubleshooting.
