Opkey is looking for a Technical Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of technical projects using project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. A key aspect of the role involves managing risk, budgets, and resources, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. The candidate's technical skills will be utilized in leading software development lifecycles, utilizing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project, and creating Gantt charts and technical documentation. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in quality assurance, change management, conflict resolution, and vendor management.The successful delivery of technical projects will rely on the candidate's expertise in IT product implementation projects, DevOps, cloud computing, business intelligence, ERP systems, and CRM systems. In addition to technical skills, non-technical skills such as leadership, communication, problem-solving, time management, decision-making, team management, conflict resolution, negotiation, adaptability, and strategic thinking are crucial for effectively leading and managing project teams.Key Responsibilities.- Lead and manage technical projects using project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.- Implement risk management strategies and oversee budget management and resource allocation.- Effectively manage stakeholders and communicate project progress with strong communication skills.- Provide team leadership and ensure adherence to project delivery timelines.- Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project for project tracking and Gantt charts for visualization.- Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.- Implement change management processes and resolve conflicts as they arise.- Ensure adherence to best practices in project deliveries.Required Technical Skills.- Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).- Risk management, budget management, and resource allocation.- Stakeholder management and communication skills.- Team leadership and software development lifecycle.- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Gantt charts.- Technical documentation and quality assurance.- Change management and conflict resolution.- IT Product Implementation Projects, ERP, CRM systems.- Required Non-Technical Skills.- Leadership, communication, problem-solving, time management.- Decision-making, team management, conflict resolution, negotiation.- Adaptability, strategic thinking.
