They are India's first digital escrow solution helping businesses transact smarter, faster, safer.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead located in Gurugram. The Technical Lead will be responsible for managing technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing technical solutions. The Technical Lead will also be responsible for providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and managing technical resources to achieve project goals.Qualifications & Requirement :- Strong knowledge of programming languages PHP, LARAVEL, NODE, REACT - Experience with web development, databases (MYSQL), and APIs- Excellent analytical and problem - solving skills- Expertise in software development methodologies and SDLC- Team management and leadership skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field - Experience in the fintech industry is a plus- Experience with cloud - based technologies is a plus- Project management certification is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
