Job Title : Cyber Security TrainerLocation : Kanakapura, BangaloreJob Type : Full-timeJob Description :We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyber Security Trainer to join our team at our Kanakapura, Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire and mentor B. Tech CSE students.Key Responsibilities :- Conduct engaging and interactive cybersecurity training sessions for B. Tech CSE students.- Develop and deliver comprehensive curriculum on topics such as ethical hacking, network security, cryptography, and incident response.- Aware of the latest trends and advancements in cybersecurity to ensure the curriculum is up-to-date and relevant.- Provide hands-on training through practical exercises and real-world scenarios.- Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously enhance and update training materials.- Act as a mentor and guide for students interested in pursuing a career in cybersecurity.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.- Proven experience in the field of cybersecurity, with a focus on ethical hacking, penetration testing, and security best practices.-- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ is a added value.- Previous experience in teaching or training, especially at the university level, is a plus.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Passion for staying current with evolving cybersecurity threats and technologies (ref:hirist.tech)
