Work Location: India ( Remote) Open to travel to Qatar on need basis.Contract Period : 1 year can be extendable. Roles and Responsibilities :- The candidate should have rich experience in SAP SuccessFactors with Employee Central Core and Employee Central Payroll modules.- Minimum 2-3 End to End implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Payroll.- Minimum 2-3 Support project experience.- Should be able to lead the team for the EC with Payroll implementation project.- The candidate should be working with the client directly/Independently.- Good Team Player with High Confidence Level.- Self-motivated individual with a strong background in business Knowledge.- Ready to travel on need basis.WHAT'S ON OFFER :- You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.- Additionally, you will get the opportunity to enjoy a fun and collaborative work environment, alongside a strong career progression.Exp : 10 to 15 years. Key Responsibilities : Implementation and Support : - Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules. - Ensure successful delivery of at least 2-3 end-to-end implementations in SF Employee Central with Payroll. - Provide expert support for at least 2-3 support projects, addressing issues and ensuring smooth operation of EC and ECP modules. Client Interaction : - Work directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide tailored solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation and support phases, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.Team Leadership : - Lead and mentor a team of consultants and developers in the EC with Payroll implementation projects. - Facilitate team collaboration, ensure project milestones are met, and deliver high-quality results. - Foster a positive team environment, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing. Technical Expertise : - Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP to design, configure, and implement solutions. - Perform system customization, integration, and data migration tasks as required. - Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions. Business Acumen : - Apply a strong background in business processes and requirements to design effective HR and payroll solutions- Analyze client business needs, provide strategic recommendations, and drive process improvements. Travel : - Be prepared to travel to client sites as needed to facilitate project requirements, ensure successful implementations, and provide on-site support. (ref:hirist.tech)
