Job Location : PAN India. Experience : -2 - 8 Years. Notice Period - Immediate Joiners. Skill Required : Strong Oracle SPM Cloud. Responsibilities : Solution Implementation : - Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle Sales Performance Management Cloud, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with client requirements.- Configure and customize Oracle Sales Performance Management modules to enhance sales team productivity and performance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Business Process Consulting : .- Analyze client business processes, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions.- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.- Provide subject matter expertise to guide clients through transformational changes.Technical Expertise : - Utilize your deep understanding of Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation to design and implement compensation plans.- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Oracle Sales Cloud and Performance Management.- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.Client Relationship Management : - Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs.- Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and best practices.- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering value-added solutions.Qualifications : - Experience in implementing similar Sales Performance Management applications which should include relevant experience of Oracle Sales Cloud with specialization in Sales Performance Management.- Prior experience in EBS Incentive Compensation Module implementation or support would be added advantage.- Oracle certifications (Oracle Sales Cloud Implementation Specialist) preferred.
