The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and user experiences for our digital products and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.Responsibilities : - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and project goals.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and identify user needs and pain points.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user interactions.- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and user experience.- Develop style guides, design systems, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products.- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and usability studies, incorporating changes and refinements as needed.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, and advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. - Knowledge of user interface design principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns.- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and their impact on UI/UX design.- Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color, layout, and composition.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders and team members.- Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Passion for user-centered design and a commitment to creating exceptional digital experiences for users.
