Key Responsibilities :- Lead a team of Python developers to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, guiding them in best practices, code reviews, and problem-solving.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints.- Design and architect scalable, reliable, and efficient Python codebases that incorporate basic AWS services.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in software development processes.- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to ensure the stability and performance of applications.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.- Balance multiple projects and priorities effectively, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.- Participate in recruitment activities, including interviewing and evaluating potential candidates for the team.- Utilize your foundational knowledge of AWS cloud services to integrate cloud components into Python applications.- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AWS developments to enhance team capabilities.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.- 8-15 years of hands-on experience in Python software development.- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices.- Proficiency in designing and developing scalable and maintainable Python applications.- Experience with relevant Python frameworks and libraries.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
