Job Description :We are looking for a Senior React JS Developer with over 8 years of experience to join our team in Pune (Baner). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development using React JS and be capable of leading projects and mentoring junior developers.Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain web applications using React JS.- Design and implement user interface components.- Collaborate with teams to define and implement new features.- Optimize components for maximum performance.- Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews.Primary Skills :- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React JS.- Experience with React JS workflows (e.g., Redux).- Knowledge of ECMAScript (ES6+), RESTful APIs, and modern front-end build tools.- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.- Excellent problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills :- Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, and server-side rendering.- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Experience leading a team or managing projects.Education : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
